Gov. Ivey speaks with law enforcement in Orange Beach
ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WPMI) —
Governor Kay Ivey made a visit to south Alabama, speaking with law enforcement in Orange Beach this morning.
Governor Ivey spent an hour of her morning speaking with the Alabama Sheriffs Association and the Alabama Association of Chiefs of Police.
Law enforcement officers gathered at their respective conferences this morning with Governor Kay Ivey as a keynote speaker.
Governor Ivey touched on the work she has done so far since she has been in office and what she will continue to do for our law enforcement officers.
She hopes those attending the conferences will take away new skills that they share with their employees.
Governor Ivey also took time to thank each association for the work they do in keeping our communities safe saying she has their back.
